Another time. Sent two short letters for me, made 4 phone calls and a simple one page contract, that he copied from the internet and couldn't even manage to fill it out correctly both times he tried, I had to fix it myself. Got charged $3000.
He did Corporation paperwork for me and all the paperwork was wrong. Every time he had to fix it, he charged me. Even though he's the one doing it wrong. Wrong name wrong address wrong social security number on all the paperwork wrong wrong wrong. It took him three attempts to get it all right while he billed me each time. Don't give him any of your hard earned money. Don't do it.
Rip off. Went to court ....for 90 minutes total. I got billed for 4 hours. Arrived at 11am left at 12:40pm. Had to get my own subpoenas from the court house for the case literally the day before because he never did it himself. He never contacted one witness. I also had to issue the subpoenas myself to the witnesses, took hours upon hours waiting outside their homes for them to come home so I could give them out. Not to mention that I had to locate the witnesses myself. He did nothing, total bill was $3000. He made two phone calls and went to court for 90 minutes. That's it.
