It amazes me that a government facility such as this has such poor signage on the outside of the building. There is a marquee-type sign above the entryway that reads "Driver's License Center". That's it. There are no signs that post the hours (or days, for that matter) that the place is open. There is no other signage whatsoever that points anyone in the right direction for ANYTHING. I know that this is akin to Mayberry, RFD, but c'mon... Let's get with the times, people.
Incompetent people- don't help. Listen to their voicemail- "if you have questions that you'd like answered call the 1-800 ##". Terrible customer service. Example of government waste.
Walked in fast friendly staff good experience for what it was. Less than 10 minutes from time I walked in to the time I walked out.
Walked in to renew my license took a whole 5 min's. No there not open often but if you want fast service this is the place. Everyone was nice yup. Maybe if you are a customer walk in without a tude. I go here everytime I need anything no one gives me no tude.
